Cleaning Copper Pots

While here in France, I also learned an amazing trick for cleaning copper pots!  Take equal parts of salt and white vinegar and mix them.  Then add enough flour to form a paste and use it to take the tarnish off all your copper cookware!  It works wonders.  It's not harmful to the enviornment, and it's cheap!  It works better than any chemical cleaner I've seen.
