Tonight's Dinner
My family and some friends are coming over for dinner tonight. I will be using some of the skills I learned from Lydie to create our dinner menu:
— Steamed littleneck clams (in garlic, white wine and butter)
— Roast Pork Shoulder (using Lyide's recipe and technique)
— Curried Carrots (A provencal recipe)
— Pomme Frites (in wedges)
— a Straberry Tart (homemade crust and cream topping)
