White Chocolate Bark
Ingredients:
- 2 packages white chocolate chips
- ½ cup crushed candy canes
Directions:
- Line a ½ sheet tray with waxed paper
- Melt the chocolate chips in s double boiler on low heat, stirring constantly
- When the chocolate melts, remove from the heat and transfer onto the waxed paper
- Combine the chocolate and crushed candy canes and spread into a sheet about ¼-inch thick
- Refrigerate until chocolate sets
- Pull away from the wax paper and break into pieces.

ohhhh mamma!!!! i never usually like white chocolate or pepermint candies, but when my lovely friend deb sent me some one these i almost melted! the best suprise was that the flavor didnt infuse or overwhelm the rest of the items in the tin
