White Chocolate Bark

Ingredients:

  • 2 packages white chocolate chips
  • ½ cup crushed candy canes

Directions:

  • Line a ½ sheet tray with waxed paper
  • Melt the chocolate chips in s double boiler on low heat, stirring constantly
  • When the chocolate melts, remove from the heat and  transfer onto the waxed paper
  • Combine the chocolate and crushed candy canes and spread into a sheet  about ¼-inch thick
  • Refrigerate until chocolate sets
  • Pull away from the wax paper and break into pieces.
